This position is tailored for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact fundraising events such as galas, luncheons, and cocktail parties. These events are not only essential for generating revenue but also crucial for increasing awareness and support for the MS cause. The Assistant Director will play a strategic role in planning and executing events, overseeing logistics, and recruiting and managing Event Chairs and Committee members to ensure participants and donors have exceptional experiences. The role demands a focus on innovation, relationship-building, and performance metrics to help elevate the organization's event portfolio and drive growth.\n\nLocated within the Southwest Region, South Central Chapter, this market-based position requires candidates to be based in Farmers Branch, TX, with approximately 50% travel to attend meetings, interactions, and events. While much of the work may be conducted remotely, in-person presence is necessary for event execution and collaboration. The role offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 and $65,000, depending on geographic location and experience.
