The Assistant Director of Spa position at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is a leadership role integral to maintaining the high standards of spa excellence synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. This role involves managing spa operations, fostering a culture of impeccable service, and ensuring the spa team performs at its best. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, facilitating training, managing administrative tasks, and supporting guest engagement efforts. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a luxury spa
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Demonstrates superior knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities
  • Thorough knowledge of 5-star service standards, effective application of spa staffing models, proven ability to create and implement spa service menus, effective retail management, successful marketing strategies, and demonstrated ability to project costs, revenue and to adhere to the budget that supports monthly / annual financials
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Job Duties

  • Supervise all staff of spa and salon to ensure all day-to-day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level
  • Facilitate training and evaluations of all spa and salon staff
  • Ensure all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling and expense/supply are maintained and effective
  • Assist in training new staff for all positions
  • Assist in greeting guests/members at entrance and properly register all hotel guests and guests of members
