Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
  • proficiency in using security equipment and software
  • knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security
  • first aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset
