Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, hospitality, or related field preferred
- proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- proficiency in using security equipment and software
- knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security
- first aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset
