Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including leadership roles
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and local employment regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties
- Support HR strategy and operations by assisting in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee daily HR activities including recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance, and team member relations
- Administer HR systems and generate reports to track compliance and key HR functions
- Assist in managing HR budgets to align operations with financial goals
- Manage team member relations programs, events, communications, and special initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
