Job Requirements

3 or more years of luxury hotel experience
Post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred
Proven leadership experience in housekeeping operations
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Commitment to maintaining high service standards

Job Duties

Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Identify operational issues and develop effective solutions
Maintain inventory and stock supply carts efficiently
Engage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
Communicate clearly with staff and management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with scheduling and resource allocation
