Job Description
Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, is a premier luxury resort nestled in the heart of Napa Valley's southern wine-growing region. Spanning over 700 acres of scenic vineyards and farmland, this exceptional resort embodies a bold and dynamic energy. The property features 135 airy cottage guestrooms and suites, each designed with outdoor terraces and fire pits overlooking the majestic Mayacamas Mountains. Stanly Ranch offers a unique ownership experience with a limited collection of three- to six-bedroom Vineyard Homes and furnished two-bedroom Villas. The resort is renowned for its exceptional spa, Halehouse, which offers targeted, intentional treatments designed to help guests achieve their full potential. Dining at Stanly Ranch reflects the rich agricultural heritage of the region with three distinct venues, including Bear, a restaurant that honors local farmers and makers. Guests can also enjoy immersive experiences and thrilling adventures that provide an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the world of wine country. Embracing its heritage, Stanly Ranch has evolved from a working ranch into a deeply-rooted luxury destination, capturing the casual yet honest luxury of culture and cultivation.
The role of Assistant Director of Front Office Operations at Stanly Ranch positions the successful candidate as a senior leader overseeing the front-of-house Guest Services departments, including Ranch Hosts, Beehive Communications, and Ranch Hands. This leadership role is integral to ensuring the presence and practice of the company's ENRICH values in all communications and cultural elements. The Assistant Director will strategically foster the cultivation and ritualization of Auberge's standards of guest service by working closely alongside team members to support and elevate the guest experience continuously. In collaboration with senior leadership, this position will contribute to shaping the unique "Soul of the Place" that defines the resort’s character and warmth. The role demands a proactive presence across all hotel operations, nurturing professional relationships with team members, fellow management, and guests alike. The Assistant Director will be deeply involved in daily operations, guiding efforts in guest outreach, training, and development, while also managing operational budgets, labor scheduling, and departmental performance. Recognized for offering a starting salary of $105,000 per year, this role offers not only competitive compensation but also an opportunity to be part of a revered luxury hospitality brand that values culture, exceptional service, and guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
