The role of Food & Beverage Assistant Director at Hilton is a pivotal position within the hotel's food and beverage operations. The Food & Beverage Assistant Director supports the Food & Beverage Director by managing all facets of the department’s operations, including product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, financial performance, and the implementation of strategic initiatives. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven track record of managing food and beverage operations and teams
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Commitment to upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing and executing guest satisfaction and revenue growth strategies
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards

  • Proficiency in food and beverage systems management software

Job Duties

  • Support F&B operational strategy including overseeing guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Drive guest satisfaction strategy by leading development and implementation of guest satisfaction measures, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements
  • Contribute to revenue growth by collaborating with F&B Director and Culinary team to develop creative menus and effective food and beverage marketing strategies
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by driving engagement, retention, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
  • Uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Assist in operational decision-making and problem-solving to ensure smooth departmental functions
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and ownership among staff members
