- Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and management teams
- Proven experience in food and beverage leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience in an assistant director of food and beverage role or similar leadership role at department head level in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative flair for luxury service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Job Duties
- Plan, organize and direct the work of food and beverage employees and managers
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach and discipline employees and managers
- Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing and inventory management
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to design menus and wine lists ensuring quality and cost effectiveness
- Maintain visibility in operations and build relationships with guests
- Communicate operational needs and attend coordination meetings
- Ensure adherence to cultural and core standards across food and beverage operations
