The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage role at Magnolia Grove offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join a top-tier golf and hospitality environment. This full-time position, with an annual salary range of $44,000 to $50,000, reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and plays a critical role in managing all facets of food and beverage operations. The position encompasses oversight of daily dining room, kitchen, banquet events, beverage cart service, and meeting room operations. The ideal candidate will bring between one to three years of leadership experience within golf course, restaurant, or food and beverage settings, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and high-service dining environments. The Assistant Director will lead staff hiring and training initiatives, implement cost control measures, and utilize advanced technology systems to streamline operations, including point of sale, scheduling, payroll, and inventory. Furthermore, this role demands a visible and communicative leadership style that fosters teamwork and enforces high standards of dress, decorum, and service excellence.
