Job Description

The Autograph Collection is a prestigious and ever-growing portfolio of independently owned four and five-star hotels, each recognized for its exceptional quality, originality, and distinctive character. Representing a diverse range of unique experiences, these hotels cater to "The Individualist" – a discerning traveler who views travel as a way to enrich their personal story. Guests who stay at Autograph Collection properties seek more than just accommodation; they seek a memorable journey infused with personal style and adventure. Autograph Collection is part of Marriott International's expansive network, offering team members the opportunity to work within an inspiring global brand committed to excellence, passion, and authenticity.

This particular property, located in Woodinville, Washington, operates under Columbia Hospitality as an independent franchisee. It is important to note that while this hotel proudly carries the Marriott brand, its employment practices including hiring, compensation, benefits, and other conditions are managed independently by Columbia Hospitality. This distinct structure allows the property to maintain a close-knit, community-focused environment while adhering to high industry standards.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations within multiple food outlets, including Bin 47, The Shed, Blending Room, and Banquets. This is a full-time, management-level position based on-site at the Woodinville property. The Food and Beverage Manager will play a key leadership role, ensuring all outlets operate profitably, efficiently, and according to the highest standards of quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and controlling all aspects of food and beverage operations. You will develop and implement policies and procedures that uphold the property’s standards and compliance with relevant regulations. A significant part of your duties will involve managing budgets, including supply and labor costs, and analyzing financial plans to meet the overall business objectives. You will lead efforts in industry research to predict future trends, maintain inventory security, and promote clear communication both internally among staff and externally with clients and guests.

The position demands a hands-on management style, including selecting, training, motivating, and managing food and beverage staff. As a leader, you will foster a team environment, inspire staff to excel, and be directly involved in service oversight to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Routine inspections of dining, kitchen, and storage areas and maintenance of equipment are essential to maintaining operational excellence and safety compliance.

A strong candidate will bring extensive experience and knowledge of fine dining and beverage service procedures along with familiarity with applicable liquor laws and food handling permits. Computer proficiency in relevant software such as Toast, Open Table, Craftable, and Microsoft Office is necessary. You will also need solid financial and general management skills, including budgeting, data analysis, and labor law application, combined with excellent communication abilities to write reports and interact with management, staff, and guests effectively.

In return for your expertise and leadership, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $123,000 to $132,000 annually, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Perks include a cellphone allowance, incentives, paid time off, holiday pay, and an extensive benefits program covering medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401K with employer contributions. Additional employee benefits feature discounted lodging, dining, spa, golf, and retail, access to an employee assistance program, participation opportunities in volunteer and diversity initiatives, as well as a robust online learning platform to support your career growth.

Joining this team means becoming part of a culture that values authenticity, fresh perspectives, and personal growth. It’s your chance to deliver world-class hospitality while developing your career within a globally respected collection of unique hotels, dedicated to providing exceptional experiences and fostering a dynamic, supportive work environment.
