The role of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is integral to this vision. They must have at least 4 years managing operations generating $20 million or more in revenue, with prior experience opening restaurants or hotels considered a strong advantage. Academic credentials such as a post-secondary diploma or degree will be highly regarded. Successful candidates will exhibit exemplary leadership qualities, combined with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Flexibility is paramount, given the demands of running a 24-hour operation to cater to ever-evolving guest needs.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000, reflective of the responsibility and expertise required.
