Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years experience in Food and Beverage leadership in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to collaborate with culinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- US work authorization required unless currently a Four Seasons manager
- Willingness to work in a dynamic urban hotel environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience in an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage role or leadership role at a department head level in luxury hospitality
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- A flair for creativity and luxury
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Job Duties
- Plan organize direct and control the work of employees and managers in the Food and Beverage division
- Ensure exceptional service and attention to guests
- Select train evaluate lead motivate coach and discipline employees and managers in multiple Food and Beverage operations and outlets
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling budgeting purchasing decisions and inventory control
- Develop creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit
- Collaborate closely with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design menus and wine lists ensuring excellent product quality
- Maintain visible presence in operations recognizing and cultivating relationships with guests
- Communicate with employees and managers to meet operational needs and participate in regular coordination meetings
