Hyatt offers colleagues a comprehensive benefits package and a range of well-being initiatives to support work-life balance and professional growth.

The Finance Business Partner role at Hyatt embodies this culture of care and collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is critical in steering the financial success of Hyatt hotels by aligning strategic financial planning with the company’s broader business objectives. The incumbent will monitor daily revenue, expenses, labor costs, and cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing processes and adherence to both company policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

This role is not just about managing figures but also about leading and mentoring finance team members and fostering a collaborative environment that drives results through service and precision. The Finance Business Partner will assist in training staff on financial systems and compliance standards, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting audits, and participating in ownership and corporate reporting. This position suits professionals who thrive in dynamic settings, enjoy working collaboratively across departments, and are eager to contribute to a company with a clear purpose and culture of care.
