Additional wellness benefits such as Spring Health membership for therapy and coaching further support employee well-being.

In this role, the Assistant Director leads campaign execution with a focus on innovation, mission alignment, and operational excellence. They serve as a revenue driver for assigned events, monitor financial outcomes, and adjust strategies to meet fundraising goals. The position requires translating national strategies into localized plans tailored to regional market conditions while ensuring collaboration aligns with broader organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities include cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers to foster engagement and long-term support. The Assistant Director also analyzes data trends to inform donor development and fundraising strategies, leveraging CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce to maintain accurate records, conduct campaigns, and generate reports.

Cross-functional collaboration is integral to success, supporting senior leadership through detailed reporting on campaign progress and growth opportunities. The candidate must maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in nonprofit fundraising or development, strong communication skills, proficiency with donor database systems, and exceptional organizational abilities. The ability to manage multiple projects, motivate volunteer teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment is essential.

The Society is committed to employee growth through structured career development pathways, whether advancing in leadership or deepening individual expertise.
