Job Requirements
- 3 plus years management experience in food production, bakery, or culinary operations
- Experience in both front of house and back of house operations
- Proven track record in production scheduling, labor budgets, and food cost controls
- Strong leadership skills with hiring, training, scheduling, and accountability
- ServSafe certified or can obtain upon hire
- Open availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable traveling between Portland and Lake Oswego locations

Job Duties
- Oversee daily wholesale production scheduling, fulfillment, and quality across both locations
- Optimize production flow, food cost, waste tracking, and labor efficiency
- Manage, schedule, and develop the production team including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Build a cohesive relationship between production and retail teams ensuring communication and product consistency
- Support bakery managers and supervisors with operational standards and problem-solving
- Take ownership of growing the Lake Oswego dinner service driving revenue, refining menu execution, and enhancing guest experience
- Coordinate with Chef Vitaliya on product standards, seasonal transitions, and custom orders
- Maintain safety compliance, food safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
