The Assistant Dining Room Manager role plays a crucial part in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations within the Clubhouse dining area. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years supervisory experience in a fine restaurant, club, hotel, or similar institution
- strong leadership skills
- ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations
- well organized
- flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to interpret and explain menus
- excellent customer service skills
- communication and interpersonal skills
- state applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
- successful passage of drug and alcohol test
- successful completion of criminal history check
