Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • minimum of 1 year of food service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
  • ability to work scheduled rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • must be able to perform onsite work at the Milwaukee facility
  • willingness to undergo pre-employment substance abuse testing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • minimum of 1 year of food service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • strong attention to detail in food presentation and portion control
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in performing duties related to retail food and beverage service
  • follow standardized recipes and production sheets
  • assure food served adheres to established standards and procedures
  • maintain quality standards in presentation and portion control
  • provide excellent customer service to visitors, staff, and patients
  • adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
