The Assistant Concessions Manager role at Truist Park presents a dynamic leadership opportunity within Delaware North's food service division. This position involves partnering closely with the Concessions Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day operations across all concessions locations. The successful candidate will help lead a diverse team, coordinating with internal staff and external groups, including non-profit organizations, to enhance operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, overseeing hiring and training processes, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and operational policies. The role also demands strong financial oversight capabilities, including cash handling, financial reporting, discrepancy resolution, and inventory management. With shifts that include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours up to 12-hour shifts, this full-time position offers an annual base salary ranging from $43,888 to $54,100, complemented by an annual bonus or an uncapped sales incentive plan based on individual and company performance.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
- Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
- Oversee cash handling and financial reporting, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory management
