Delaware North is currently seeking an Assistant Concessions Manager to join their team at TD Garden in Boston. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $47,500 to $64,100 per year, complemented by an annual bonus plan based on both individual and company performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan tied to the role. As Assistant Concessions Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with leadership to effectively oversee the concessions operation at TD Garden, a vital part of the guest experience during diverse events.

The role involves coordinating and supervising team members and supervisors, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including alcohol service, sanitation, payroll, and employment laws. Emphasizing guest satisfaction, this position demands a leader who is proactive in implementing Delaware North's guest service initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and driving concessions efficiency with innovative ideas. The Assistant Concessions Manager will also be responsible for inventory maintenance, equipment upkeep, sales reporting, and ensuring that concession locations remain clean, neat, and well-organized.

Ideal candidates will bring 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience within the food service industry, preferably with concessions experience, combined with solid knowledge of business accounting policies and procedures. Leadership qualities such as initiative, team-building, and strong decision-making abilities are essential, alongside a dedication to enhancing both client and guest experiences.
