As the Assistant Concessions Manager at KeyBank Center, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the Concessions Manager to oversee all concession operations within the venue. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably within concessions, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of business fluctuations is also required. Certifications such as ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, or Training for Intervention Procedures are highly desirable or obtainable through the role.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
