- Act as the right hand to the Community Manager providing leadership and supervision to the office service and concierge teams
- Manage outreach efforts with local businesses and non-profits
- Oversee rent collection accounts receivable renewal processes and ensure accurate lease documentation
- Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail
