  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Yardi or similar multifamily software
  • Positive proactive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years in multifamily or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Yardi or other multifamily software
  • Property management designation such as NALP CAM CPM CAPS is a plus
  • Positive proactive attitude with a knack for building relationships and solving problems

Job Duties

  • Lead the leasing and renewal process engaging with prospective and existing residents
  • Stay informed about market conditions competitor pricing and new developments
  • Act as the right hand to the Community Manager providing leadership and supervision to the office service and concierge teams
  • Manage outreach efforts with local businesses and non-profits
  • Oversee rent collection accounts receivable renewal processes and ensure accurate lease documentation
  • Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail
