- Proficient in Yardi or similar multifamily software
- Positive proactive attitude

- Proficient in Yardi or other multifamily software
- Property management designation such as NALP CAM CPM CAPS is a plus
- Positive proactive attitude with a knack for building relationships and solving problems
Job Duties
- Lead the leasing and renewal process engaging with prospective and existing residents
- Stay informed about market conditions competitor pricing and new developments
- Act as the right hand to the Community Manager providing leadership and supervision to the office service and concierge teams
- Manage outreach efforts with local businesses and non-profits
- Oversee rent collection accounts receivable renewal processes and ensure accurate lease documentation
- Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail
