Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years relevant experience as Assistant Community Manager with leasing experience
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • experience with Yardi/CRM software a plus

  • financial acumen with budgeting and fiscal reporting experience a plus

Job Duties

  • ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests
  • assist the Community Manager in ongoing resident relations, addressing resident issues, enforcing rental agreements, and overseeing rental activities
  • provide excellent customer service and meet leasing goals with prospects and current tenants
  • demonstrate a professional and customer service-focused demeanor
  • lease to qualified prospects by showing apartments
  • assist with lease renewals including initial contact and follow-up
  • routinely inspect property and maintain accurate resident records
  • coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues
  • collect delinquent accounts promptly
  • communicate with accounting to ensure accuracy of rent roll and accounts receivable
  • use Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM tools to review tasks and ensure timely performance
  • perform additional responsibilities as assigned
