Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of shrink controls and merchandising
- experience in staff development and customer service
- ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- forklift operation certification
- availability for open shifts
- minimum age of 18
- basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
- a strong drive for results and solid work ethic
- excellent communication skills
- solid understanding of shrink controls, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
- knowledge of store operations, membership, front-line, gas station, tire bay, maintenance, receiving, and omni procedures
- completion of company training program preferred
- high school diploma and/or college degree preferred
- basic computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, Email
- must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- forklift operator required
- open shift availability required
- at least 18 years of age
