This role demands a flexible schedule with open availability to ensure coverage during evenings and weekends, physical capability for frequent movement, lifting, and working in temperature-varied environments. BJ's Wholesale Club offers weekly pay, a free club membership, generous paid time off, flexible and affordable health benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, and an employee stock purchase program as part of the benefits package.

The hourly pay range for this position is estimated between $20.50 and $25.63, with the actual salary determined by a variety of factors including location, prior experience, education, and qualifications.
