Job Requirements

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail or service industry

Job Duties
- Assist the Center Manager in ensuring every guest has an inviting and memorable experience
- Model guest service behaviors and deliver exceptional service
- Recruit, develop, and retain quality talent
- Manage and coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Associates
- Oversee sales performance and lead associates to meet monthly goals
- Ensure compliance with company standards including loss prevention and licensing
- Maintain center cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency
- Manage schedules, labor, and administrative tasks to meet budget targets
- Analyze business reports and execute action plans to improve performance
- Support the Center Manager in daily center operations and safety adherence
