The role of Assistant Center Manager (ACM) supports the Center Manager by ensuring the delivery of an outstanding guest experience while meeting the financial and operational goals of the center. This leadership position is pivotal to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the center. The ACM plays a hands-on role in coaching guest service and wax associates, fostering a team environment that encourages performance excellence and professional growth. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail or service industry

Job Duties

  • Assist the Center Manager in ensuring every guest has an inviting and memorable experience
  • Model guest service behaviors and deliver exceptional service
  • Recruit, develop, and retain quality talent
  • Manage and coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Associates
  • Oversee sales performance and lead associates to meet monthly goals
  • Ensure compliance with company standards including loss prevention and licensing
  • Maintain center cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency
  • Manage schedules, labor, and administrative tasks to meet budget targets
  • Analyze business reports and execute action plans to improve performance
  • Support the Center Manager in daily center operations and safety adherence
