Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail or service industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude
  • Willingness to enforce company standards and policies consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Knowledge of retail product sales and customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Assist the Center Manager in ensuring every guest has an inviting and memorable experience
  • Model guest service behaviors and deliver exceptional service
  • Recruit, develop, and retain quality talent
  • Manage and coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Associates
  • Oversee sales performance and lead associates to meet monthly goals
  • Ensure compliance with company standards including loss prevention and licensing
  • Maintain center cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency
  • Manage schedules, labor, and administrative tasks to meet budget targets
  • Analyze business reports and execute action plans to improve performance
  • Support the Center Manager in daily center operations and safety adherence
