Job Requirements

- proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously
- leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
- knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating and managing catering events from planning through execution
- collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met
- oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
- support the catering team in maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and customer service
- manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for supplies and equipment
- assist in training and supervising catering staff to ensure efficient team performance
- monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies
