Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously
  • leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
  • knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating and managing catering events from planning through execution
  • collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met
  • oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
  • support the catering team in maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and customer service
  • manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for supplies and equipment
  • assist in training and supervising catering staff to ensure efficient team performance
  • monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies
