Additionally, the Assistant Manager monitors food service operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health guidelines, leading efforts to maintain a sanitary food service environment.
The Assistant Manager will also engage in evaluating prepared food for appearance, flavor, and temperature to guarantee an enjoyable and safe dining experience for students and faculty. Administrative duties include maintaining written and electronic records, compiling detailed reports, and managing communications with the community, staff, and students regarding food services. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, balancing operational management with frontline involvement in cooking, preparation, serving, and transportation of food and beverage items.

Job Duties
- Assists scheduling assignments and work hours for Food Service Staff
- Climatizes newly hired employees to work center and school site processes
- Completes and documents transactions, processes receipts, and prepares bank deposits

- Inspects and inventories orders confirming quality, quantity, and specifications of orders
