The Assistant Cafe Manager role is based in Washington, DC at the DC Blagden location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $56,500 to $89,100 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The salary varies based on work location, skills, experience, and education. This role is vital to Chobani’s growing cafe operations, particularly in cafes connected to the La Colombe brand. The Assistant Cafe Manager will support daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while managing team members and maintaining operational excellence.
