Known for its commitment to exceptional food and outstanding service, Bon Appetit stands apart through its innovative approach to culinary offerings. The company rejects the use of standardized recipes or central commissaries, instead encouraging its chefs and managers to stay current with culinary trends and deliver cutting edge food experiences across its cafes. With a growing portfolio of diverse accounts, Bon Appetit offers a dynamic and creative work environment where staff are encouraged to take risks, develop their skills, and grow professionally. This thriving and fast-paced atmosphere provides employees with numerous opportunities for advancement and the ability to make a tangible impact within the food service industry.
The Assistant Cafe Hospitality Manager at Bon Appetit plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations and overall guest experience of the cafe. With a salary range of 70,304 to 76,000, this position is a hands-on leadership role that partners closely with the Cafe Manager to oversee service, food quality, staff supervision, and event support. The Assistant Manager steps in to lead shifts, ensuring smooth operation during peak service times and client events, while also taking responsibility for microkitchen management and inventory control. This role is suited for a dynamic individual comfortable managing a busy food service environment and skilled in team development.
