Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing the Beverage Department

  • Assist with interviewing and training new Team Members to perform their job duties
  • Manage liquor inventory
  • Schedule staff and manage labor costs
  • Oversee department budget
  • Ensure high standards in product quality and service
