Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in beverage management on a cruise ship
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Supervisory experience managing at least 30 employees
- Knowledge of beverage brands and quality control
- Ability to manage international staff and deliver excellent customer service
- Proficiency in document analysis and financial calculations
- Familiarity with USPH rules
- Understanding of business planning and human resources
- Working knowledge of computer software and internet navigation
- Good command of multiple languages including English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Greek
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Beverage Manager in overseeing all beverage operations onboard
- Direct the bar function and supervise subordinate supervisors
- Manage inventory and quality control of liquors, wines, and beers
- Ensure compliance with USPH health and safety regulations
- Analyze financial documents and assist in business planning
- Coordinate and motivate international beverage staff
- Provide high-level customer service to guests throughout the vessel
