- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of restaurant or bar experience
- at least one year in a supervisory role within an alcohol service environment
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with cash handling and inventory oversight
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Certified Food Service Manager credential or ability to obtain within one year
