Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to obtain Food Handling Card
- Ability to obtain Non-Gaming Card
- Tolerance to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality
- Ability to perform prolonged walking/standing
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to bend and reach
- Ability to transport, push, pull, lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Eye/hand coordination
- Ability to comply with policies and procedures, job description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of bartender work and/or drink preparation
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to obtain maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests in a professional manner
- Ensure the bar is properly stocked with supplies necessary for service
- Replenish ice coolers, garnish trays, straws, and napkins holders
- Ensure bar equipment and supplies are clean and in working order
- Assist with inventories and requisitions to restock bar items
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Perform all opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and personal hygiene
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing
- Participate in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and perform model/presenter tasks
- Pose for pictures as requested by management, appear in uniform or designated (logo) apparel for promotional activities at or away from venue
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review company documents, etc
- Other duties as assigned
