The Assistant Bar Manager role is a pivotal position within our food and beverage team, responsible for assisting in the supervision and smooth operation of our hotel bar and cocktail lounge, alongside providing support for the coffee shop, room service, and concierge lounge. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management or related field
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets
- assist with food and beverage inventory and order supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms as needed
- ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
- support and supervise an effective self-inspection program
- operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
- supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operations are running smoothly
