This full-time, management-level role is based at the 400 Renaissance Center, Detroit, Michigan location, offering an hourly pay range of $25.48 to $34.62, along with eligibility for bonuses.

As a Banquet Manager, you will assist in leading and managing banquet staff while ensuring smooth execution of events that adhere to the highest standards of quality and service. Your role involves supporting the overall banquet operations, including inventory management, attendance tracking, sanitation enforcement, and adherence to all policies and procedures. You will play a critical role in coaching and directing the banquet team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences, acting as a liaison between management, staff, and guests. Your efforts will directly impact event success by maintaining-and exceeding-customer satisfaction standards.
