Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or food service roles
- prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations and baking best practices
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the bakery department

- maintain awareness of sales trends and adjust production and displays accordingly

- support receiving deliveries and proper storage of ingredients and finished goods
