Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler's license
- 3+ years of bakery experience with 2 years management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Partner with the Bakery Manager to run daily operations of the Bakery Department
- Work alongside our talented baking team to create gourmet favorites - cakes, cookies, muffins, tarts, and special orders
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service at our bakery counter
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Support hiring and training of bakery staff, with guidance from the Bakery Manager
- Maintain production standards and keep displays looking beautiful, consistent, and appealing
- Handle customer concerns professionally and with care
- Keep operations running smoothly during high-volume times (especially holidays)
