The role of Assistant Bakery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about baking and delivering outstanding customer service. This full-time position offers a pay range of $17.30 to $24.20 per hour, with pay determined by the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications. As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Bakery Manager by leading and supervising the bakery team, ensuring the department's daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing merchandise, inventory control, product quality, and assisting with ordering to optimize productivity and profitability within the bakery department. You will help organize product displays, monitor delivery quality, manage store equipment, and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
