The Bakery and Deli Clerk role is a vital position within the grocery department, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting department operations to meet sales and profit objectives. Monitoring product quality by reviewing "sell by" dates, ensuring proper temperatures in cases and coolers, and maintaining temperature logs are critical responsibilities to uphold food safety and customer satisfaction.
