Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts
- Ability to stand, lift heavy dough and supplies frequently
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including Sundays and holidays
- Compliance with food safety standards
- Demonstrated passion for baking and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale baking or pastry production preferred
- Knowledge of food handler and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and recipe adherence
- Flexible availability including afternoons, evenings, and Sundays
- Formal baking or pastry education is a plus
Job Duties
- Follow recipes accurately to create artisan breads
- Lift and handle heavy doughs and baking supplies up to 50 lbs
- Monitor baking processes and adjust techniques as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Work effectively as part of a baking team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking workstation
- Adapt to changing schedules including holiday overnight shifts
