Job Requirements
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to baking
- willingness to follow safety and cleanliness protocols

- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in baking or food preparation is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- prepare and bake bundt cakes according to established recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
- ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene guidelines
- provide excellent customer service and support to front-of-house staff
- participate in training sessions to develop baking and customer service skills
- support the opening team to help launch the new Mt. Laurel location successfully
