Known for creating engaging social environments where friends and families can enjoy delicious food alongside the latest and most exciting amusement games, they continue to be a top choice for entertainment enthusiasts nationwide. \n\nThe role of Assistant Amusement Manager at Dave & Buster's is a critical, hands-on leadership position that combines technical expertise with team management and exceptional guest service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment where no two days are the same. Leadership here is not just about managing daily operations but inspiring team members to deliver top-notch service while fostering an engaging and fun atmosphere. The Assistant Amusement Manager must possess strong communication skills and business acumen to effectively coordinate with staff and guests alike, ensuring an uplifting environment. The physical demands are significant, as the role requires the capability to handle high guest volumes, extensive walking during shifts, and working extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. \n\nThe position offers a competitive salary in the range of $15.63 to $18.40 per hour alongside comprehensive benefits, opportunities for advancement within two highly regarded entertainment brands, and a lively work culture that champions fun and teamwork.
