Job Requirements
- 21 or older
- Minimum three years relevant experience in arcade game and technical equipment repair
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and noisy environments
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong business knowledge
- Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to walk several miles per shift and work approximately 50-hour weeks
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing arcade games and technical equipment
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced entertainment or restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong business acumen
- Friendly and engaging management style
- Ability to thrive in noisy and distracting conditions
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Hire, train, develop, and retain a talented team of Game Technicians
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- Diagnose and repair arcade and virtual reality games to ensure ideal operating conditions
- Adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor and perform daily store maintenance
- Strive for 100 percent game playability and perform on-the-fly repairs
- Support the Amusement Manager in operational leadership
