Job Requirements

  • 21 or older
  • Minimum three years relevant experience in arcade game and technical equipment repair
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and noisy environments
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business knowledge
  • Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to walk several miles per shift and work approximately 50-hour weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing arcade games and technical equipment
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced entertainment or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Strong business acumen
  • Friendly and engaging management style
  • Ability to thrive in noisy and distracting conditions
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain a talented team of Game Technicians
  • Create and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff
  • Diagnose and repair arcade and virtual reality games to ensure ideal operating conditions
  • Adhere to preventative maintenance programs
  • Monitor and perform daily store maintenance
  • Strive for 100 percent game playability and perform on-the-fly repairs
  • Support the Amusement Manager in operational leadership
