Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- strong communication skills both oral and written
- professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- ability to respond effectively to emergencies and adapt to changing situations
- physical capability to sit stand walk and occasionally climb or work in high places
- ability to occasionally lift push or pull up to 25 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision distance vision and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in event or crowd management or related fields
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to perform tasks professionally in a customer service-driven environment
- adaptability to respond effectively to changes and emergencies
- prior experience in security event staffing law enforcement or military considered a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of event operations ensuring smooth and efficient execution
- assign tasks direct work and provide on-the-job training to event supervisors and staff
- address and resolve service concerns respond to incidents and maintain positive client relationships
- act as the go-to person for client or site emergencies ensuring timely and effective communication
- oversee shift supervisors coach and train staff and evaluate performance
- ensure all procedures and training materials are up-to-date and all positions are well-maintained
