Job Requirements

Ability to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass background checks and other store-specific screenings
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base
Ability to handle basic customer service tasks efficiently
Commitment to upholding Walmart policies and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
Basic math skills for purchase verification
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Trustworthy with a focus on loss prevention and customer safety

Job Duties

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Help customers with inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Prevent loss by monitoring and verifying purchases at store entrances
Assist customers with returned items and transactions
Maintain safety and security of the store entrances
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer flow
Report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly
