Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- manufacturing experience in assembly and/or CNC machine operation preferred
- must be able to coordinate tasks of others (10-15 people)
- must be able to speak, read, and write English
- must be able to work overtime when requested
- must be flexible to work in other departments when requested
- ability to read and apply work instructions
- follow directions
- understand and execute safety and quality procedures

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to manage and prioritize daily assembly line activities
- be proficient in all departmental processes
- act as a trainer and mentor for new hires and cross-training initiatives
- implement and promote Business Process Standards (BPS) principles for continuous improvement and process optimization
- ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules
- read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS)
- use manual/power tools and measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests
- inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately
- rework units as needed to meet quality standards
- support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling
