Job Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in food production or assembly operations

Job Duties
- Oversee the assembly of catering carts including sodas, liquor, coffee kits, dry goods, and crew meals
- Ensure accuracy using visual diagrams and dispatch sheets
- Walk the line regularly to confirm quality, timing, and readiness
- Make sure all orders are completed within tight 4-6 hour delivery windows
- Lead a team operating a commercial dishwashing line
- Ensure all carts, equipment, and service items are properly cleaned, fully sanitized, and ready for immediate use
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across the department
- Ensure waste, flow, and turnaround times are managed efficiently
