The role of an Assembler Technician at Oshkosh AeroTech is critical in delivering these high-quality products that meet stringent customer and industry standards. This role involves assembling mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components into finished industrial assemblies with precision and accuracy. Working with hand tools, powered tools, and material handling equipment, the Assembler Technician interprets blueprints, product specifications, and technical documentation to ensure assemblies conform to exacting standards.

In this position, you will be actively engaged in understanding multiple work center requirements and manufacturing disciplines. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting assembly issues, working closely with support departments to implement corrective actions, and contributing to daily management activities and problem-solving initiatives within the team. The role requires you to use various hand and power tools for making mechanical and electrical connections, performing self-audits of assembled work, and maintaining high levels of quality and safety throughout the assembly process.
