RTX operates across three market-leading businesses and prides itself on its world-class operations, offering unmatched capabilities and opportunities in the aerospace and defense sectors. Among its subsidiaries, Collins Aerospace stands out as a leader in providing technologically advanced and intelligent solutions, reshaping the aerospace and defense industries. The company fosters an environment of teamwork, self-direction, and action-orientation, vital to resolving production questions and problems efficiently.
