Currently, iNRCORE Group is seeking an Assembler I to join its Vanguard Electronics facility located in Huntington Beach, California. This position plays a vital role in supporting the assembly and production of magnetic and electronic components essential to the company's manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to develop skills within a fast-paced production environment. The role focuses on performing basic assembly, fabrication, and inspection tasks on electronic components and subassemblies, adhering strictly to established work instructions, safety standards, and quality procedures to ensure the delivery of consistent, reliable, and high-quality products. Job Requirements

- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience

Job Duties
- Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using standard hand tools, jigs, and fixtures
- Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes
- Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling
- Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other standard measurement tools
- Assist with basic functional testing using standardized fixtures and record results accurately
- Identify and report defects, documentation, inaccuracies, or equipment concerns
- Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S, ESD controls, and all safety protocols
- Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup as required
