iNRCORE Group is currently expanding its team and has an immediate opening for the position of Assembler I at its Coast Magnetics facility located in Los Angeles, California. This is a non-exempt, full-time position that plays a vital role in the operational success of the manufacturing process. The Assembler I will be primarily responsible for supporting the assembly and production of specialized magnetic and electronic components, utilizing standard hand tools, jigs, and fixtures. This role is suited for candidates who possess a keen mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to gain new skills, and capable of performing tasks under close supervision with ongoing opportunities for professional development.
The position involves performing basic mechanical or electronic assembly, fabrication, and inspection of electronic components and subassemblies, with a strong emphasis on adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures. Essential duties include tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling, as well as conducting basic inspections with precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers. The assembler will also assist with functional testing using standardized fixtures, maintain accurate records, and ensure the work area remains organized and compliant with ESD controls and 5S safety protocols. Material handling, inventory tracking, and equipment setup support are also part of the responsibilities.

Job Duties
- Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using standard hand tools, jigs, and fixtures
- Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes
- Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling
- Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other standard measurement tools
- Assist with basic functional testing using standardized fixtures and record results accurately
- Identify and report defects, documentation, inaccuracies, or equipment concerns
- Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S, ESD controls, and all safety protocols
- Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup as required
